Riga Commercial Port (RTO) is the leading investor, developer and operator of port assets and transportation related service companies in the Republic of Latvia.

The RTO consists of four business units that provide various services ranging from stevedoring and terminal, railway freight transportation and forwarding, to infrastructure, and utility management in the Riga port area. 

In 2009, RTO and its affiliated group of companies handled a cummulative cargo throughput of 22.57 million metric tons, while the total consolidated revenues of RTO group of companies exceeded 119,5 million Euro. RTO employs 700 employees.
