Riga Commercial Port (RTO) is the leading investor, developer and operator of port assets and transportation related service companies in the Republic of Latvia.

The RTO consists of four business units that provide various services ranging from stevedoring and terminal, railway freight transportation and forwarding, to infrastructure, and utility management in the Riga port area. 

Cargo volumes handled by RTO in 2010: terminal operations (7.45 million tonnes), rail freight haulage (9.45 million tonnes), and forwarding services (5.7 million tonnes). RTO employs 936 employees.
