Riga Container Terminal LLC Turnover Goes Up by 30 %

Riga Container Terminal specialises in container and general cargo handling. It also provides Sea-Rail transhipment operations.

“The good results of year 2011 show that if working with maximum commitment we can exceed the average progress of the whole Baltic Region. Of course, the steady customer growth has also been instrumental in our success,” says Mr Raivis Veckāgans, Chairman of the Company’s Board.

RTO is the leading investor, developer and operator of port assets and transportation related service companies in Latvia. RTO consists of four business units that provide services ranging from terminal operations, railway freight transportation and forwarding, to infrastructure and real property management in the Riga port area.
