Founded in 2007, the limited liability company RTO Komunalserviss is the sole provider of real estate management of the properties and commercial space in the territory of Riga Commercial Port (RTO). The RTO Komunalserviss services include regular maintenance of roads, buildings and facilities, as well as cleaning and waste collection. Besides its maintenance functions, the company is also responsible for commercial space leasing activities in the territory run by RTO. The company employs 19 workers. In 2009, the total revenues of the company exceeded 833,000 Euro. 

RTO Komunalserviss seeks to expand the scope of its services to include supervision of maintenance and preparation works at the quayside for cargo reception, terminal area illumination, waste sorting and removal activities. The company is also preparing to extend its activities beyond the territory of RTO in the future.

RTO Komunalserviss is 33.3% owned by RTO.
